Order Processing & Shipping Information
At Yippo labs, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order is handled with care and delivered on time. Here’s everything you need to know:
🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item is shipped.
🚚 Shipping Timelines
United States:
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery window of 15–20 business days.
International:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
⏳ Note: Shipping times may be affected by customs, weather conditions, high demand, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Updates
Need to cancel or correct your order?
You can do so within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at yippolabs@gmail.com with the subject line:
"CANCEL MY ORDER" or "ADDRESS UPDATE".
After 24 hours or once your order ships, changes are no longer possible.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order.
💥 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Email us at yippolabs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.
